The deal (expected to close by December 31, 2020) brings Loll’s design-forward product portfolio, direct-to-consumer ecommerce and more than eighty employees into Landscape Forms; Loll CEO Greg Benson will continue as President and Creative Director and join Landscape Forms' executive leadership team.

The acquisition (purchase price ~SEK 140 million for the shares; total purchase price SEK 225 million on a cash- and debt-free basis) expands Bergs's wood-processing capabilities and creates a new Furniture & Components product area; Hedlunda reported ~SEK 620 million in trailing twelve-month sales and employs about 400 people.
