Eleda Group Acquires Salboheds Bygg & Anläggningstjänst AB

Eleda Group, a Triton TSM fund portfolio company, has acquired all shares in Salboheds Bygg & Anläggningstjänster AB, a civil engineering and contract services provider in the Västerås area of central Sweden. The add-on expands Eleda Group's regional coverage into the Stockholm–Mälaren region; Salbohed AB reports roughly SEK 400 million in annual revenue and about 50 full-time employees plus 30 contractors.

HANZA Acquires Leden Group Oy

HANZA AB has completed the acquisition of Finnish contract manufacturer Leden Group Oy for EUR 21 million in cash plus 2.3 million newly issued HANZA shares, with earn-outs of up to EUR 15 million and up to 300,000 shares. The deal adds roughly 600 employees and five production facilities (four in Finland, one in Estonia), strengthening HANZA's sheet metal, machining and complex assembly capabilities and broadening its customer base in energy storage, energy distribution and industrial automation.

Strategic Value Partners Invests €200M in Bjelin Group to Fund Acquisition of Välinge Industrial Business

Funds managed by Strategic Value Partners (SVP) will make a €200 million preferred equity investment in Bjelin Group AB to finance Bjelin’s acquisition of Välinge Group’s industrial business and to fund additional investments in Woodura and veneer production. The Pervan family will retain a ~97% ownership stake in Bjelin Group while the transaction aims to scale manufacturing and create a leading sustainable wood flooring company.

Telko Oy Acquires Swed Handling Group

Finnish distributor Telko Oy has agreed to acquire the entire share capital of Sweden-based Swed Handling AB, including subsidiaries Kebelco AB, Kemiverken AB, Swed Handling Transport AB and associated CrossChem Sweden AB. The acquisition (subject to competition authority approval) will significantly strengthen Telko's chemicals business and make Sweden its largest market; Swed Handling Group employs about 95 people and has annual turnover of roughly EUR 60 million.

Renta Group Acquires Hederén Maskinuthyrning (Hyrpoolen)

Renta Group Oy has acquired Hederén Maskinuthyrning AB (trading as Hyrpoolen), a Swedish general equipment rental company with two depots in the Stockholm area. The acquisition, completed April 5, expands Renta's presence in southern and eastern Stockholm, adding to its nationwide depot network and supporting further growth through Renta's digital solutions.

Eleda Group Acquired by Management Consortium from Triton

Funds advised by Triton have sold Eleda Infra Services Group to a consortium made up of the group's management team (led by Johan Halvardsson and Peter Condrup); terms were not disclosed. Eleda, headquartered in Stockholm, is a civil engineering and infrastructure services group operating regional companies with ~800 employees and pro forma sales of approximately SEK 3.0 billion (12 months to Sept 2019).
