Eleda Group Acquires Salboheds Bygg & Anläggningstjänst AB

Eleda Group, a Triton TSM fund portfolio company, has acquired all shares in Salboheds Bygg & Anläggningstjänster AB, a civil engineering and contract services provider in the Västerås area of central Sweden. The add-on expands Eleda Group's regional coverage into the Stockholm–Mälaren region; Salbohed AB reports roughly SEK 400 million in annual revenue and about 50 full-time employees plus 30 contractors.

Bain Capital Acquires Controlling Stake in Eleda from Altor

Bain Capital Private Equity has agreed to acquire a controlling stake in Eleda, the Stockholm-headquartered Nordic infrastructure projects and services group, from Altor, which will retain a minority stake. Eleda's founders and management will reinvest, and Bain will partner with the team to accelerate growth—particularly in segments tied to the green transition such as water, power distribution, district heating, roads, data centres and EV charging.

Triton Combines Assemblin and Caverion to Form Assemblin Caverion Group

Triton is combining its portfolio companies Assemblin and Caverion into the newly formed Assemblin Caverion Group, creating a leading Northern European technical service and installation business. The combined group will be incorporated in Sweden, operate across around ten countries, generate roughly EUR 3.8 billion (SEK 43.5 billion) in annual turnover and employ about 21,900 people; leadership will be drawn from both businesses with Assemblin CEO Mats Johansson as Group CEO.

Valedo Partners Invests to Form Eltera Gruppen, a Norway Electrical Services Platform

Consortium of Private Investors Acquires Eton from EQT

Eton, the Swedish luxury menswear brand headquartered in Gånghester, has been sold by EQT VII to a consortium of private long-term investors led by Mikael Schiller, Caspar Callerström and Thomas von Koch. The new owners, selected by Eton's lenders with support from EQT, will back management to continue expanding the brand's omnichannel presence, digital capabilities and international growth.
