Eleda Group Acquired by Management Consortium from Triton

Funds advised by Triton have sold Eleda Infra Services Group to a consortium made up of the group's management team (led by Johan Halvardsson and Peter Condrup); terms were not disclosed. Eleda, headquartered in Stockholm, is a civil engineering and infrastructure services group operating regional companies with ~800 employees and pro forma sales of approximately SEK 3.0 billion (12 months to Sept 2019).

Bain Capital Acquires Controlling Stake in Eleda from Altor

Bain Capital Private Equity has agreed to acquire a controlling stake in Eleda, the Stockholm-headquartered Nordic infrastructure projects and services group, from Altor, which will retain a minority stake. Eleda's founders and management will reinvest, and Bain will partner with the team to accelerate growth—particularly in segments tied to the green transition such as water, power distribution, district heating, roads, data centres and EV charging.

Bergs Timber Acquires Hedlunda Holding AB

Bergs Timber AB has acquired all shares in Hedlunda Holding AB, a manufacturer of wooden furniture and components with production sites in Lycksele, Sweden and Skoczów, Poland. The acquisition (purchase price ~SEK 140 million for the shares; total purchase price SEK 225 million on a cash- and debt-free basis) expands Bergs's wood-processing capabilities and creates a new Furniture & Components product area; Hedlunda reported ~SEK 620 million in trailing twelve-month sales and employs about 400 people.

PHM Group Acquires Sefbo from Valedo Partners

PHM Group has agreed to acquire Sefbo Holding AS from a fund managed by Valedo Partners, subject to Norwegian Competition Authority approval. The deal is an add-on to PHM's Nordic platform (majority-owned by Norvestor) and expands PHM's footprint and service offering in Norway; Sefbo is headquartered in Oslo with ~560 employees and NOK 730 million in revenue.
