Bergs Timber Acquires Hedlunda Holding AB

Bergs Timber AB has acquired all shares in Hedlunda Holding AB, a manufacturer of wooden furniture and components with production sites in Lycksele, Sweden and Skoczów, Poland. The acquisition (purchase price ~SEK 140 million for the shares; total purchase price SEK 225 million on a cash- and debt-free basis) expands Bergs's wood-processing capabilities and creates a new Furniture & Components product area; Hedlunda reported ~SEK 620 million in trailing twelve-month sales and employs about 400 people.

Nalka Invest Acquires Best Transport Holding AB from Valedo Partners

Infobric Group Acquires TelliQ AB

Infobric Group acquired TelliQ AB in January 2020, adding one of Sweden’s largest telematics and fleet management businesses to its group. The acquisition positions Infobric to expand its digital services into fleet management for construction, haulage and other transport-heavy industries; TelliQ recorded SEK 105 million revenue in 2019 and has over 80,000 connected units.

Eleda Group Acquires Salboheds Bygg & Anläggningstjänst AB

Eleda Group, a Triton TSM fund portfolio company, has acquired all shares in Salboheds Bygg & Anläggningstjänster AB, a civil engineering and contract services provider in the Västerås area of central Sweden. The add-on expands Eleda Group's regional coverage into the Stockholm–Mälaren region; Salbohed AB reports roughly SEK 400 million in annual revenue and about 50 full-time employees plus 30 contractors.

Holleway Capital Partners Acquires T-TEK Material Handling with Investment from Capital For Business

St. Louis-based private equity firm Holleway Capital Partners has acquired T-TEK Material Handling, a Montgomery, Alabama manufacturer of high-speed palletizing, depalletizing and conveying systems. The transaction was completed with subordinated debt and equity provided by Capital For Business (CFB), and T-TEK management (Michael and Brian Traff) rolled/retained ownership and will remain with the company.

Thermo Fisher Scientific completed the acquisition of Olink Holding AB (publ) via a public cash tender offer at USD 26.00 per share/ADS, buying the proteomics company from shareholders including Summa Equity. The acquisition strengthens Thermo Fisher’s proteomics and protein-analysis capabilities, adding Olink’s high‑multiplex protein detection technology to its life‑science tools portfolio.
