Posti Group Oyj has acquired Aditro Logistics Holding AB, a leading third-party logistics provider in Sweden and Norway, from Valedo Partners Fund II AB, management and the board. Financial terms were not disclosed; Aditro grew under Valedo to over SEK 1 billion in revenue and operates ~230,000 sqm of logistics space across multiple centers.

Telko Oy Acquires Swed Handling Group

Finnish distributor Telko Oy has agreed to acquire the entire share capital of Sweden-based Swed Handling AB, including subsidiaries Kebelco AB, Kemiverken AB, Swed Handling Transport AB and associated CrossChem Sweden AB. The acquisition (subject to competition authority approval) will significantly strengthen Telko's chemicals business and make Sweden its largest market; Swed Handling Group employs about 95 people and has annual turnover of roughly EUR 60 million.

Valedo Partners Invests in Proteria AS

Descartes Systems Group Acquires BestTransport

Descartes Systems Group acquired BestTransport.com, Inc., a Columbus, Ohio–based cloud transportation management system (TMS) provider focused on flatbed-intensive manufacturers and distributors. The acquisition (approximately US$11.2 million, net of working capital) expands Descartes' transportation management footprint and adds BestTransport's flatbed-focused TMS capabilities to Descartes' Global Logistics Network.

Nalka Invest (with Kirk Kapital) Acquires Norstat from Triton

Nalka Invest, partnered with Kirk Kapital, has agreed to acquire Norstat (Nemas Holdco AS), a leading European data collector for market research, from Triton Smaller Mid-Cap Fund I (advised by Triton). Financial terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals. Norstat, headquartered in Oslo, has expanded across Europe under Triton’s ownership and will be positioned for further development under Nalka and Kirk Kapital.

Avkha Equity Holdings Acquires Dart Transit Company

Avkha Equity Holdings, a San Francisco-based private investment firm, has acquired Minnesota-based Dart Transit Company (including Dart Express and related subsidiaries), ending 90 years of Oren family ownership. The transaction (effective Jan. 1) preserves the Dart brand and day-to-day operations while Avkha plans to expand service offerings — including additional lanes, intermodal solutions, and dedicated fleets — and installs a new CEO as part of the leadership transition.
