Descartes Systems Group acquired XPS Technologies, a Cottonwood Heights, Utah-based provider of cloud-based multi-carrier parcel shipping solutions, for approximately $65 million upfront plus up to $75 million in performance-based earn-outs. The acquisition expands Descartes' ecommerce shipping and fulfilment capabilities and brings XPS's network of more than 10,000 customers into Descartes' logistics SaaS portfolio.

Bluejay Capital Partners Acquires Best Warehousing & Transportation

Bluejay Capital Partners has completed its acquisition of Best Warehousing & Transportation Inc., a third-party logistics provider based in Atlanta with 30 locations across 15 states. The transaction was financed with participation from Argosy Private Equity, Southfield Mezzanine, Spring Capital Partners and Key Bank; BWT's CEO Winston McDonald Jr. retains a sizable ownership stake.

Tenet Acquires Pallet's TMS Business

Tenet has acquired Pallet’s Transportation Management System (TMS) business and used the technology to launch a unified operating system for cartage, courier, and expedited carriers. Pallet shifted its focus to AI agents for logistics and divested the TMS business to Tenet, which will integrate dispatch, warehouse, driver app, invoicing and line-haul capabilities into its platform.

STG Logistics Acquires Best Dedicated Solutions

MercuryGate Acquires TranSolutions to Add Freight Claims Management

MercuryGate International has acquired TranSolutions, a provider of freight-claims management software (myEZClaim), to integrate claims management into MercuryGate’s transportation management system (TMS) platform. The acquisition expands MercuryGate’s SaaS transportation offering and aims to improve claims workflow, analytics and efficiency for shippers, 3PLs and carriers; terms were not disclosed.
