BWT Logistics Acquires International Express Trucking

BWT Logistics, a Bluejay Capital portfolio company, has acquired International Express Trucking (IET), a regional 3PL in North Carolina. The add-on expands BWT’s contract logistics and warehousing footprint in the state; IET’s president Howard Shope will join BWT as Senior Vice President of Operations and retain a meaningful ownership stake. Bluejay Capital financed the transaction with participation from Argosy Private Equity, Southfield Mezzanine, Spring Capital Partners and KeyBank; terms were not disclosed.

BWT Logistics Acquires RAZR Logistics from Johnson Storage & Moving

BWT Logistics, a portfolio company of Argosy Private Equity and Bluejay Capital Partners, has acquired RAZR Logistics from parent Johnson Storage & Moving. The acquisition expands BWT's dedicated logistics, on-demand warehousing capabilities and warehouse network, adding RAZR's more than 500 corporate customers; terms were not disclosed.

Bluejay Capital Partners Acquires Pacific West

Bluejay Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of Pacific West, LLC, a Salt Lake City–based niche rail and industrial services firm. The transaction was financed with unitranche debt and an equity co-investment from Southfield Mezzanine; terms were not disclosed and Pacific West COO Dustin Hall retains a meaningful ownership stake. Bluejay intends to expand Pacific West's service offerings and geographic reach across the western United States.

Descartes Systems Group Acquires BestTransport

Descartes Systems Group acquired BestTransport.com, Inc., a Columbus, Ohio–based cloud transportation management system (TMS) provider focused on flatbed-intensive manufacturers and distributors. The acquisition (approximately US$11.2 million, net of working capital) expands Descartes' transportation management footprint and adds BestTransport's flatbed-focused TMS capabilities to Descartes' Global Logistics Network.

(WSI) has acquired El Paso-based Sky Trans Group Holdings, LLC (Sky Transportation Services), a regional truckload carrier focused on dry‑van and US–Mexico cross‑border freight. The deal is expected to add over $60 million in annual revenue to WSI and expand its cross‑border and Southwestern U.S. trucking capabilities, with Sky's CEO Albert Luna remaining in a leadership role.

LongueVue Capital Invests in RBW Logistics

LongueVue Capital has recapitalized RBW Logistics and partnered with CEO Frank Anderson to provide growth capital to fund the company's expansion throughout the Southeastern United States. Headquartered in Augusta, Georgia, RBW operates nine facilities across Georgia and South Carolina (over 2 million sq ft) and employs 200+ people, offering warehousing, fulfillment, and value‑added 3PL services to blue‑chip customers in consumer staples, industrials, and durable goods markets.
