Atkore Inc. has acquired United Poly Systems, a manufacturer of HDPE pressure pipe and conduit serving telecom, water infrastructure, renewables and energy markets. United Poly Systems operates manufacturing sites in Springfield, Missouri and Albuquerque, New Mexico with approximately 160 employees and was previously owned by Industrial Opportunity Partners.

Atkore Inc. has acquired two Oregon-based companies: Cascade Poly Pipe & Conduit (Woodburn, OR) and Northwest Polymers (Molalla, OR). The acquisitions expand Atkore’s HDPE conduit manufacturing footprint in the Pacific Northwest, strengthen its supply chain through onshore plastics recycling, and support demand from 5G deployment and infrastructure-driven broadband projects.

Trelleborg Group Acquires Aero-Plastics Inc.

Trelleborg Group, through its Trelleborg Sealing Solutions business area, has signed an agreement to acquire Aero-Plastics Inc., a Renton, Washington-based manufacturer of precision injection-molded and thermoformed high-performance polymer components for the aerospace interiors market. The acquisition — expected to close in Q2 2025 — expands Trelleborg's thermoplastics and interiors capabilities, adds capacity and customer relationships, and is intended to generate sales synergies within its aerospace offering.

ISCO Industries Acquires Infinity Plastics

ISCO Industries, Inc. has acquired substantially all of the assets of Infinity Plastics, a Mayville, Wisconsin manufacturer of fabricated HDPE piping products. The asset purchase expands ISCO's U.S. footprint and manufacturing capacity, adding a strategic production location to support increased customer demand across multiple piping end markets.

Myers Industries Acquires Elkhart Plastics, Inc.

Myers Industries (NYSE: MYE) acquired the assets of Elkhart Plastics, Inc., adding the South Bend-based rotational molder to its Material Handling segment and combining it with Myers' Ameri-Kart business to form the fifth-largest rotational molder in the United States. Elkhart operates six U.S. manufacturing facilities with approximately 460 employees and had roughly $100 million of revenue in 2019; Myers financed the acquisition with cash, expects immediate accretion to earnings, and projects $4–6 million of annual cost synergies.
