Atkore Inc. has acquired United Poly Systems, a manufacturer of HDPE pressure pipe and conduit serving telecom, water infrastructure, renewables and energy markets. United Poly Systems operates manufacturing sites in Springfield, Missouri and Albuquerque, New Mexico with approximately 160 employees and was previously owned by Industrial Opportunity Partners.

Atkore Inc. has acquired two Oregon-based companies: Cascade Poly Pipe & Conduit (Woodburn, OR) and Northwest Polymers (Molalla, OR). The acquisitions expand Atkore’s HDPE conduit manufacturing footprint in the Pacific Northwest, strengthen its supply chain through onshore plastics recycling, and support demand from 5G deployment and infrastructure-driven broadband projects.

The acquisition expands Atkore's product portfolio and strengthens its ability to serve customers in the Southeast and mid-Atlantic U.S.; terms were not disclosed.

Integrated Polymer Solutions (Arcline Portfolio) Acquires AkroFire

Integrated Polymer Solutions, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has acquired AkroFire, a designer and manufacturer of elastomeric fire seal solutions and cargo bay repairs serving business jet, commercial aerospace, and defense markets. The acquisition is an add-on to IPS intended to expand its aerospace sealing and engineering capabilities and scale production for OEM customers.

Aurora Material Solutions Acquires EnCom Polymers

Aurora Material Solutions, a Nautic Partners-backed polymer compounds manufacturer, has acquired EnCom Polymers, a specialty engineered thermoplastics manufacturer based in Evansville, Indiana. The add-on expands Aurora’s engineered thermoplastics capabilities and product offering—grouping EnCom with Enviroplas to strengthen Aurora’s Engineered Thermoplastics business segment and pursue synergies and growth.

IPS, headquartered in Long Beach, California with additional manufacturing in Sheffield, UK, manufactures highly engineered elastomeric components (seals, gaskets, composite tooling) for aerospace, defense, biopharma and specialty industrial end markets.
