The site will be rebranded as Clean Express Auto Wash, temporarily closed for upgrades and expected to reopen in March 2026, strengthening EWC's footprint in Northeast Ohio as it expands to 124 express wash locations across six states.

The acquisition expands EWC's express car wash portfolio to 46 locations and will include a planned ~$1 million upgrade and conversion to EWC's Clean Express Auto Wash brand, with temporary closure for renovations and reopening in early 2022.
