Express Wash Concepts Acquires Cleanland Car Wash

Express Wash Concepts (EWC) acquired Cleanland Car Wash, a single-site location in Macedonia, Ohio, expanding EWC's Clean Express Auto Wash footprint. The acquisition increases EWC's express wash portfolio to 119 locations across six states and the Macedonia site will be rebranded and reopened under EWC on June 6, 2025.

EWC plans roughly $1 million in upgrades, will temporarily close the site for conversion to its CLEan Express Auto Wash brand, and expand its Ohio footprint to 33 locations.

The acquisition expands EWC's express car wash portfolio to 46 locations and will include a planned ~$1 million upgrade and conversion to EWC's Clean Express Auto Wash brand, with temporary closure for renovations and reopening in early 2022.
