Osceola Capital Recapitalizes Industry Services Company; ISC Acquires Guy Nielson Company

Tampa-based private equity firm Osceola Capital completed a majority recapitalization of Industry Services Company (ISC), a Mobile, Alabama-headquartered provider of industrial and refractory maintenance services. Concurrent with the recapitalization, ISC completed the add-on acquisition of Guy Nielson Company (GNC), combining GNC with ISC's DG Skouse division to create a broader national industrial maintenance platform.
