Industry Services Co. (Osceola Capital Portfolio) Acquires Lonestar Sierra Industrial Services

Industry Services Co., a portfolio company of Osceola Capital, has acquired Lonestar Sierra Industrial Services, a refractory maintenance and mechanical services provider headquartered in Tehachapi, California. The deal is an add-on to ISC's platform that establishes a permanent presence on the U.S. West Coast and expands ISC's service footprint across western states and industrial end markets such as cement, lime, power generation and metals.

Tampa-based private equity firm Osceola Capital completed a majority recapitalization of Industry Services Company (ISC), a Mobile, Alabama-headquartered provider of industrial and refractory maintenance services. Concurrent with the recapitalization, ISC completed the add-on acquisition of Guy Nielson Company (GNC), combining GNC with ISC's DG Skouse division to create a broader national industrial maintenance platform.

Kloeckner Metals Acquires Industrial Manufacturing Services
