General Parts will continue to operate under its brand and leadership as a separate business within the PT Holdings group; Encore One will participate as an investor in PT Holdings.

PT Holdings, LLC Acquires K&D Factory Service and Pine Tree Food Equipment

PT Holdings, LLC has acquired K&D Factory Service and Pine Tree Food Equipment and added them to its PT Holdings Service division to expand distribution of genuine OEM foodservice parts and field service capability. K&D Factory Service, led by Dan Dibeler and headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, will continue operating under its existing brands; Pine Tree Food Equipment (Gray, Maine) was previously acquired by K&D in 2019. The deal strengthens PT Holdings' Parts Town-led platform and expands its regional parts distribution and service footprint.

PT Holdings Group Acquires Duffy's AIS

Duffy's AIS — formed in 2018 from several long-running local service brands — will continue to operate as a distinct company led by Patrick Duffy and Wayne Stoutner while leveraging PT Holdings' Parts Town network and resources.

PT Holdings (Parts Town) Acquires REPA Group from The Riverside Company

Parts Town Acquires Dayton Appliance Parts

Parts Town, the global leader in foodservice equipment parts distribution, has acquired the assets of Dayton Appliance Parts Co., a family-owned Midwest distributor of residential appliance OEM parts. The acquisition brings Dayton’s 12 locations and experienced team into the Parts Town family, with Tim and Bub Houtz remaining in leadership roles to support growth and customer experience expansion in the residential appliance parts market.

Parts Town Acquires Encompass Supply Chain Solutions

Parts Town has acquired Encompass Supply Chain Solutions, a national distributor of OEM repair parts and provider of supply-chain and repair services for home products. Encompass, headquartered near Atlanta and generating roughly $200 million in revenue with ~250 employees and six distribution facilities, was previously a platform in Comvest Partners' portfolio; financial terms were not disclosed.
