PT Holdings, LLC has acquired Commercial Kitchen Parts & Service, a San Antonio–based OEM parts distributor and field service provider for commercial foodservice equipment. The business, founded in 1946 and serving over 4,000 customers and 200+ manufacturers, will continue to be led by Brock Coleman, David Duckworth and their team and operate as a separate company within the PT Holdings/Parts Town group.

Pine Grove Holdings Acquires Majority of KKSP Precision Machining from Mill Point Capital

Pine Grove Holdings LLC has acquired a majority stake in KKSP Precision Machining LLC from Mill Point Capital LLC, with Mill Point retaining a minority interest. KKSP, a Glendale Heights, Illinois-based manufacturer of precision-turned metal components operating five facilities across the U.S. and Mexico, will partner with Pine Grove to expand capabilities and accelerate growth under new majority ownership.

D&H United Acquires Kubat Equipment & Service Co.

The deal expands D&H United’s geographic footprint in the Mountain West, increases recurring revenue and adds carwash parts and supplies to its product and service offering; Kubat’s president Craig Hoyer will become VP, Colorado and Mountain West Operations.
