Tailwind Concessions Acquires Panera Bread Concession from Kind Hospitality at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport

Tailwind Hospitality (dba Tailwind Concessions) acquired the Panera Bread concession at Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport from Kind Hospitality, making Tailwind the majority owner and primary operator of all food & beverage concessions at the airport. The deal expands Tailwind's airport footprint and follows a 2021 recapitalization of Tailwind by Palladin Consumer Retail Partners, which has supported the company's broader growth and M&A activity.

Crestview Partners Acquires Tailwind Hospitality

The transaction represents a sale/exit of the PE-backed portfolio company to an infrastructure-focused middle‑market investor.

Envase Technologies Acquires Tailwind Transportation Software

Summit Midstream Corporation Acquires Tall Oak Midstream III from Tailwater Capital

Summit Midstream Corporation and its subsidiary Summit Midstream Partners, LP completed the acquisition of Tall Oak Midstream Operating, LLC (Tall Oak Midstream III) from an affiliate of Tailwater Capital. Consideration included $155 million in cash, 7.5 million common units/shares (equity consideration) and up to $25 million of contingent cash; the deal expands Summit's natural gas gathering and processing footprint in the Arkoma Basin and rebalances its portfolio toward natural gas.
