Seven2 (formerly Apax Partners) has acquired a majority stake in Infraneo from Sparring Capital to support the group's European expansion and digital transformation. Simultaneously, Infraneo acquired Antémys, a Rhône‑Alpes geotechnical specialist (≈40 employees), strengthening Infraneo's territorial coverage; the group now has over 500 employees and a pro forma 2022 revenue of €56 million.

Fortress Investment Group Acquires Infra Pipe Solutions

Funds managed by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group have acquired a majority stake in Infra Pipe Solutions (IPS), a North American manufacturer of HDPE pipes and structures. Wynnchurch Capital exited the company; IPS management retained a minority stake and Fortress plans to invest to expand capacity and capture strong infrastructure demand across water, telecom and mining markets.

Orano Projets Acquires INEVO

Orano Projets, a division of the Orano group, has acquired INEVO, a French process engineering firm specializing in process engineering, industrial performance optimization and AI-driven simulations for healthcare, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, biotechnology and cosmetics. The acquisition (INEVO employs ~50 people across Lyon, Rouen and Grasse) strengthens Orano Projets' capabilities and positioning in process industries and accelerates its expansion into health and pharmaceutical markets.

MPE Partners and 80/20 Acquire Les Industries Flexpipe (Flexpipe)

The acquisition will expand 80/20's product offering, create cross-selling opportunities, and accelerate growth of the combined business; terms were not disclosed.

Aegion Corporation Acquires Infraspec Services, Inc.

Aegion Corporation has acquired Infraspec Services, Inc., a Laval, Quebec-based trenchless water rehabilitation contractor that self-performs CIPP, sewer cleaning & inspection, grouting and lead pipeline replacement. Infraspec will continue to operate under its current name and management in Quebec as Aegion expands its capabilities and resources to better serve the Canadian municipal market.

Pipeline Technique Acquires Global Project Services

The acquisition gives Pipeline Technique immediate capabilities in infrastructure, nuclear, LNG, hook-up and decommissioning markets and expands its presence in the UK (Invergordon) and Norway (Bergen).
