Agilisium Acquires Majority Stake in Ubique Digital

Agilisium Consulting has acquired a majority stake in London-based Ubique Digital to expand its AWS cloud and digital transformation capabilities into the UK and EU markets. The deal is executed through Agilisium's strategic investment initiative (Agilisium Investments); Ubique's leadership will remain invested and the partnership aims to combine Agilisium's data engineering and AI/ML capabilities with Ubique's digital transformation expertise.
