SiriusXM has acquired 99% Invisible Inc., the Oakland-based podcast company founded and owned by Roman Mars. 99% Invisible will become part of Stitcher and continue operating under Mars and his team while SiriusXM integrates the show across its Stitcher, Pandora and SiriusXM platforms to expand its podcast content and creator capabilities.

(New Sirius) and effected a merger in which a wholly owned subsidiary of New Sirius merged with and into Sirius XM Inc., leaving Old Sirius as a wholly owned subsidiary of New Sirius. The reorganization results in New Sirius (renamed Sirius XM Holdings Inc.) becoming an independent, publicly traded company listed on Nasdaq under the symbol SIRI.

Insignia Capital Group has acquired two audio and creator-based advertising agencies, Oxford Road and Veritone One, combining them to form a leading global podcast and creator-based media entity.
