Tide Rock Holdings, an evergreen holding company, has acquired Triad Service Solutions, a third-generation family-owned full-service facility maintenance company based in Littleton, Colorado. Tide Rock intends to use Triad as a facilities-maintenance platform to broaden geographic reach, expand services (including sanitization/disinfection), and pursue add-on acquisitions; SDR Ventures served as sell-side advisor and the Bondi family were the selling shareholders.

Sole Source Capital Acquires Brite

Sole Source Capital LLC has acquired Brite, a cybersecurity and managed IT services provider headquartered in Victor, New York, marking Sole Source's first platform investment from SSC Partners Fund III. The deal positions Brite as a buy-and-build platform to pursue consolidation in the fragmented cybersecurity managed services market; financial terms were not disclosed and Brite's existing management team will remain in place.

Pivotree Acquires Bridge Solutions Group

Triad Technologies Acquires Tech-Syn Corporation
