Tide Rock Holdings, an evergreen holding company, has acquired Triad Service Solutions, a third-generation family-owned full-service facility maintenance company based in Littleton, Colorado. Tide Rock intends to use Triad as a facilities-maintenance platform to broaden geographic reach, expand services (including sanitization/disinfection), and pursue add-on acquisitions; SDR Ventures served as sell-side advisor and the Bondi family were the selling shareholders.

The deal expands Tide Rock's national electronics recycling footprint and strengthens capabilities and customer relationships in aerospace & defense, communications and solar panel recycling; Tracey Haslam, CEO of Full Circle Electronics, will lead the integration.
