Sunbelt Rentals (Ashtead) Acquires Mahaffey USA

Sunbelt Rentals, the U.S. subsidiary of Ashtead Group PLC, has acquired Mahaffey USA, a Memphis-based provider of temporary and semi-permanent commercial and industrial fabric structures. Mahaffey will retain its leadership team and Memphis support center as it integrates with Sunbelt's rental network to expand product capabilities and pursue growth opportunities across industrial, government and healthcare end markets.
