Thoma Bravo has completed the acquisition of Command Alkon, the supplier collaboration and CONNEX platform provider for the heavy construction supply chain, from Quilvest Capital Partners. The private equity firm plans to accelerate product development and expand Command Alkon’s vertical-cloud capabilities to drive further digitization and supply-chain integration across heavy construction.

Command Alkon Acquires Digital Fleet

Command Alkon, a provider of software and technology solutions for the heavy building materials industry, has acquired Digital Fleet, a Chicago-based fleet management software provider previously owned by Ozinga Ventures. The acquisition brings Digital Fleet's product suite and team into Command Alkon's Command Cloud ecosystem to expand fleet management capabilities, improve visibility and logistics for materials producers, and scale Digital Fleet's solutions globally.

Command Alkon, a supplier collaboration platform for heavy construction, has acquired Ruckit, Inc., a trucking management and digital ticketing software provider based in Austin, Texas. The acquisition integrates Ruckit's e-ticketing, invoice reconciliation and third‑party hauler management capabilities into Command Alkon's CONNEX platform to improve visibility and efficiency across construction materials transportation and logistics.

Command Alkon Acquires Trimble's Construction Logistics Business

Command Alkon, a Thoma Bravo portfolio company, has acquired Trimble's Construction Logistics business (including the TrimFleet product line) to expand its telematics, fleet and workforce management offerings for the heavy construction sector. The deal, a purchase of a Trimble business unit, was announced in October 2020 and completed later that year; financial terms were not disclosed.

The acquisition integrates Kors' Mach2 solution into the Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform to extend plant-edge connectivity, MES/IIoT integration and production-level automation for Plex customers.
