Plex Systems has acquired Kors Engineering, a Waterford, Michigan provider of plant-floor connectivity and manufacturing process automation software (Mach2). The acquisition integrates Kors' Mach2 solution into the Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform to extend plant-edge connectivity, MES/IIoT integration and production-level automation for Plex customers.
