Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A. formed Yamaha Marine Systems Company (YMSC) and YMSC acquired the assets of Kracor, Inc., a Milwaukee-based rotational molding manufacturer. The acquisition expands Yamaha Marine's integrated marine systems capabilities by adding in-house rotational molded parts and integrated fuel tank systems for boat builders and Yamaha's internal business units.

Cortec Group, through Cortec Fund VI in partnership with RMS management, acquired Rotating Machinery Services (RMS), a Bethlehem, Pennsylvania-based provider of aftermarket repair, maintenance and overhaul services for large rotating machinery. The seller was Incline Equity Partners, which had been the prior institutional investor since 2015; RMS has ~200 employees, multiple service locations (including Houston), and serves a global customer base across industrial end markets.

Myers Industries Acquires Elkhart Plastics, Inc.

Myers Industries (NYSE: MYE) acquired the assets of Elkhart Plastics, Inc., adding the South Bend-based rotational molder to its Material Handling segment and combining it with Myers' Ameri-Kart business to form the fifth-largest rotational molder in the United States. Elkhart operates six U.S. manufacturing facilities with approximately 460 employees and had roughly $100 million of revenue in 2019; Myers financed the acquisition with cash, expects immediate accretion to earnings, and projects $4–6 million of annual cost synergies.

(RMS), an OEM and leading third-party provider of parts, repair, engineering, metrology and maintenance services for turbomachinery. Yamaha Motor Acquires Brose's e-Kit Bicycle Drive Unit Business Subsidiary

Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd. has signed an agreement to acquire Brose's bicycle drive unit (e-Kit) business subsidiary, with completion subject to regulatory clearances and expected by June 2025. Yamaha will operate the acquired business through a newly established German entity, Yamaha Motor eBike Systems (YMESG), to build a European development base, expand market presence and strengthen after-sales service using Brose's network.
