GenNx360 Capital Partners Acquires Salford Farm Machinery Ltd.

GenNx360 Capital Partners, a New York–based private equity firm focused on middle-market industrial B2B companies, has acquired Salford Farm Machinery Ltd., a Canada-based manufacturer of tillage, seeding and fertilizing equipment, for an undisclosed amount. GenNx360 said it will leverage its operational expertise to drive Salford's growth organically and via add-on acquisitions, building on the company's strong brand, patented technology and dealer network.

Linamar Corporation Acquires Salford Group from GenNx360 Capital Partners

Linamar Corporation has agreed to acquire Salford Group, a manufacturer of tillage and crop-nutrition application equipment, from GenNx360 Capital Partners for CAD 260 million (subject to adjustments). The acquisition expands Linamar’s agricultural equipment product portfolio and manufacturing footprint; the transaction is expected to close after customary conditions.

Novo Holdings Acquires BBI Group

Novo Holdings A/S has agreed to acquire BBI Group from Exponent for an enterprise value of over GBP 400 million, becoming the company's majority shareholder. BBI, a Crumlin, South Wales–headquartered supplier of diagnostics reagents, lateral flow development and diagnostic manufacturing services with more than 400 employees, will benefit from Novo Holdings' life-sciences expertise to pursue organic and inorganic growth.

B2B Industrial Packaging (GenNx360) Acquires Fibers of Kalamazoo

The add-on strengthens gWorks' municipal and utility software capabilities and expands its footprint in the southern U.S.; the acquisition was effective February 27, 2025.
