Linamar Corporation Acquires Bourgault Industries Ltd.

Linamar Corporation has completed the acquisition of 100% of the equity interests of Bourgault Industries Ltd., including its seeder operations in St. Brieux, Saskatchewan and the Highline Manufacturing and Free Form Plastics divisions. Bourgault will be integrated into Linamar's new Agriculture division alongside MacDon and Salford, expanding Linamar's industrial product portfolio and capabilities in broad-acre seeding.

Linamar Corporation Acquires Georg Fischer's Leipzig Casting Facility

Linamar Corporation completed its acquisition of Georg Fischer's Leipzig ductile iron casting facility for €45 million, a deal first announced on October 7, 2025. The Leipzig plant adds advanced casting, prototyping and machining capabilities to Linamar's manufacturing footprint in Europe and is expected to be immediately accretive.
