HEICO Corporation Acquires Accurate Metal Machining, Inc.

HEICO Corporation’s Flight Support Group acquired a 96% stake in Accurate Metal Machining, Inc., a Cleveland-based manufacturer of high-reliability components for aerospace, defense and semiconductor equipment, for cash at closing plus potential additional performance-based consideration. Accurate, founded in 1976 and employing approximately 250 people, will continue to be led by its existing management and remain largely unchanged operationally while adding capabilities to HEICO's Specialty Products Group.

Butler National Acquires KC Machine

The deal brings BMF's precision laser cutting, forming, welding and finishing capabilities into Webco's family of companies to expand manufacturing capacity and accelerate growth while providing long-term opportunity for BMF employees.
