HEICO Corporation Acquires Majority Stake in Pioneer Industries

HEICO Corporation's Flight Support Group has agreed to acquire a 74% equity interest in Pioneer Industries, a Farmingdale, New York-based specialty distributor of military aviation, marine and ground spares, for cash at closing plus potential contingent consideration. Pioneer founders Robert and David Yormack will retain 26% and remain in their current roles; the transaction is subject to antitrust clearance and is expected to be accretive to HEICO's earnings within a year.

The Heico Companies Acquires Precision Engineering

The Heico Companies has completed the acquisition of Precision Engineering, a Uxbridge, Massachusetts-based Tier-1 manufacturer of precision sheet metal enclosures. Precision will join Heico’s Thermal Solutions Segment (TSS), expanding TSS’s capability to offer high-precision sheet metal–based thermal enclosures and peripherals to aerospace/defense and critical industrial OEMs.

HEICO Acquires Gables Engineering

The deal—expected to be accretive to HEICO’s earnings within one year—expands HEICO’s avionics and flight-deck capabilities and supports continued R&D and American manufacturing investment.

HEICO Corporation Acquires Majority of Camtronics LLC Operating Assets

HEICO Corporation’s Flight Support Group acquired 80.1% of the operating assets of Camtronics LLC for cash. The Tulsa-based FAA Part 145 repair station — which employs 36 people and performs proprietary FAA-DER repairs for commercial and cargo airlines — will continue operating in its current location with founder David Campbell remaining as VP and General Manager; the Campbell family retains ownership stakes.

HEICO Corporation Acquires Connect Tech Inc.

HEICO Corporation's Electronic Technologies Group acquired 89.99% of Connect Tech Inc. for cash, with potential additional earn-out consideration. Connect Tech will continue operating from its 20,000-square-foot facility in Guelph, Ontario; founder David Worthen remains president and retains the minority stake, and the business (≈65 employees) will support HEICO's capabilities in rugged embedded computing for aerospace, defense, transportation and smart energy markets.

HEICO Corporation Acquires Sensor Systems, Inc.

HEICO Corporation's Electronic Technologies Group acquired all of the stock of Sensor Systems, Inc. in a transaction using cash and approximately 575,000 HEICO Class A common shares. Sensor, a Chatsworth, California-based designer and manufacturer of airborne antennas (approximately 200 employees), will continue operating under its current name and location; HEICO expects the acquisition to be accretive to earnings in the year following the acquisition.
