HEICO Corporation Acquires Accurate Metal Machining, Inc.

HEICO Corporation’s Flight Support Group acquired a 96% stake in Accurate Metal Machining, Inc., a Cleveland-based manufacturer of high-reliability components for aerospace, defense and semiconductor equipment, for cash at closing plus potential additional performance-based consideration. Accurate, founded in 1976 and employing approximately 250 people, will continue to be led by its existing management and remain largely unchanged operationally while adding capabilities to HEICO's Specialty Products Group.

Prince Industries Acquires Keystone Precision & Engineering

Prince Industries, a portfolio company of HC Private Investments, has acquired Keystone Precision & Engineering, a Pepperell, Massachusetts-based precision machining and assembly business. The add-on expands Prince's production capabilities and East Coast presence, strengthening its footprint in the aerospace, defense and medical end-markets; transaction terms were not disclosed.

EQI Ltd. Acquires Pro-Tech Company Inc.

The acquisition brings Pro-Tech’s thermal-processing capabilities and customer relationships into EQI’s platform to expand product offerings and strengthen service to OEM and industrial customers.

HEICO Acquires Gables Engineering

HEICO Corporation (through its Electronic Technologies Group) has acquired Gables Engineering, a Coral Gables, Florida-based designer and manufacturer of avionics controls, in a cash transaction. The deal—expected to be accretive to HEICO’s earnings within one year—expands HEICO’s avionics and flight-deck capabilities and supports continued R&D and American manufacturing investment.

HEICO Corporation Subsidiary Acquires Pyramid Semiconductor LLC

HEICO Corporation’s Electronic Technologies Group acquired the business, assets and certain liabilities of Pyramid Semiconductor LLC from its founders for cash at closing. Pyramid, a Sunnyvale-based designer and manufacturer of processors, SRAM, EEPROM and logic products for military, space and medical platforms, will operate as part of HEICO’s 3D PLUS USA subsidiary and continue to be led by its existing founders and management team.

Zeon Corporation Acquires Edge Precision Manufacturing, Inc.

Zeon Corporation, through its U.S. subsidiary Zeon Specialty Materials Inc., purchased 100% of Edge Precision Manufacturing, Inc., a Massachusetts-based manufacturer of micro‑featured thermoplastic disposables, on December 28, 2022. The acquisition strengthens Zeon's cyclo olefin polymer (COP) offering for microfluidic and diagnostic devices by combining Zeon's materials with Edge's precision compression‑molding capabilities and customer network.
