Fralock, a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners, has completed the acquisition of Career Technologies USA, a Los Angeles-area manufacturer of flexible, rigid and rigid-flex circuits and related assemblies. The deal broadens Fralock's processing capabilities (lamination, bonding, machining, coatings, component integration) and strengthens its position across key end markets including medical devices, aerospace, semiconductor equipment, electronics and defense.

The add-on expands Fralock's engineered materials and electronics capabilities, adds about 160 employees and a 63,000 sq. ft. facility, and strengthens exposure to defense & aerospace, medical device, industrial/telecom and semiconductor end markets.

Bowman Acquires Fabre Engineering, Inc.

Bowman (NASDAQ: BWMN) has acquired Fabre Engineering, Inc., a Pensacola, Florida–based civil engineering and land surveying firm founded in 1981. The deal, financed with cash and seller financing, is expected to be immediately accretive and to contribute approximately $1.5 million of annualized net service billing while expanding Bowman’s Gulf Coast presence and service capabilities.
