Fralock Holdings Acquires Lenthor Engineering

Fralock Holdings, a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners, has acquired Lenthor Engineering, a Milpitas, California manufacturer of flexible and rigid-flex printed circuit boards. The add-on expands Fralock's engineered materials and electronics capabilities, adds about 160 employees and a 63,000 sq. ft. facility, and strengthens exposure to defense & aerospace, medical device, industrial/telecom and semiconductor end markets.

The acquisition expands Fralock's capabilities across ceramic formulation, sintering and precision machining, strengthening its position in semiconductor, medical, aerospace and defense end markets.

The add-on expands Fralock's thermal-management and ceramic manufacturing capabilities, adds nearly 100 employees, and brings Oasis' Poway/Rocklin, California operations into Fralock's suite of engineered advanced materials solutions.
