Novvia Group Acquires Rahway Steel Drum Company

The acquisition (terms undisclosed) expands Novvia's presence in the U.S. Southeast and adds Duval's two warehouses, walk-up counter sales capability and customer base across chemical, agriculture and food & beverage markets.

The deal—terms not disclosed—adds a 40,000 sq ft Palmetto, Florida warehouse and management team to Novvia, expanding its product breadth and presence in the Southeastern U.S.; Novvia is backed by private equity firm Kelso & Company.
