1847 Holdings, through its 1847 Cabinet subsidiary, closed acquisitions of High Mountain Door & Trim Inc. and Sierra Homes, LLC, expanding its custom cabinetry footprint into Northern Nevada and the greater Lake Tahoe area. The deals, financed with cash, a $24.86 million senior secured convertible promissory note and seller notes, increase 1847 Cabinet's pro forma revenue to about $32 million and trailing EBITDA to $4.5 million and support the holding company's plan to begin quarterly dividends.

The acquisition adds six manufacturing facilities to Builders FirstSource's network, expands its roof and floor truss and multifamily capabilities, and is expected to generate robust free cash flow and synergies within the first 15 months; the purchase was funded with cash on hand and the company’s ABL.
