Builders FirstSource Acquires High Mountain Door & Trim from 1847 Holdings

Builders FirstSource, Inc. has acquired High Mountain Door & Trim Inc., a Reno, Nevada-based finished carpentry and millwork business, from 1847 Holdings LLC for approximately $17 million. The business reported roughly $30 million in trailing twelve-month revenue and $2.8 million of adjusted EBITDA; 1847 said it will redeploy proceeds to pursue new acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.
