Phillips Connect Technologies (PCT) has acquired Connected Holdings, an IoT telematics and intelligent services provider headquartered in Newport Beach, California. The acquisition integrates Connected Holdings' device design, cloud analytics and "Intelligence as a Service" platform into PCT's TrailerNet™, ChassisNet™ and ContainerNet™ product family to accelerate capabilities and market rollout for trailer telematics and fleet intelligence.
