Turnout Industries, a Chicago-based diversified holding company, has acquired KIHM Metal Technologies LLC, a Brazil, Indiana-based specialist in metal spinning, hydroforming and precision CNC machining for the aerospace, defense and power generation markets. The business was purchased from a group of investors led by the Firefly Group; Turnout will partner with KIHM management to expand capabilities and support growth.
