HireRight Acquires Inquiro Vitae

HireRight Holdings Corporation has completed the acquisition of Inquiro Vitae, a Buenos Aires–based background screening provider, to strengthen its local presence and offerings across Latin America. The deal gives HireRight direct local verification capabilities, faster identity checks, invoicing in Argentine pesos, and expanded services for small and medium-sized businesses in the region.
