Weco Manufacturing Acquires FTT Manufacturing and Electrosurgical Instrument Company (ESI)

Weco Manufacturing Group, a portfolio company of Fairchild Capital Partners, acquired the assets of FTT Manufacturing and Electrosurgical Instrument Company (ESI), both based in Henrietta, New York. The add-on acquisitions increase Weco’s precision machining capacity (including a 55,000 sq ft facility) and add ISO 13485 medical-device capabilities, supporting expansion into medical device and additional aerospace, defense, optics and semiconductor end-markets.
