Sunbelt Solomon Acquires Maxima Power Group

Sunbelt Solomon Services has acquired Maxima Power Group, a NETA-accredited electrical engineering, automation, and field services provider, in a deal that expands Sunbelt Solomon’s field services scale and geographic footprint across North and South America. The acquisition, backed by Trilantic North America, brings Maxima’s ~370 employees and nearly 20 locations into Sunbelt Solomon’s platform to broaden capabilities in power distribution equipment services and full lifecycle solutions.

H.I.G. Capital Completes Acquisition of Action Elevator; Action Acquires Century Elevator

Action's leadership retains a significant ownership stake and, concurrently with the transaction, Action acquired Century Elevator to expand its presence in the Washington, D.C. market.

Elevate Service Group Acquires Charged Electric Services Ltd.

Elevate Service Group Inc. (TSXV: SERV) completed the acquisition of Charged Electric Services Ltd., an Ontario-based electrical contractor headquartered in New Hamburg. The deal (CAD 1.5 million consideration: CAD 1.2M in Elevate shares and CAD 300k cash) adds a skilled ten-person electrical workforce, recurring commercial and industrial customers (notably in food processing and manufacturing), and accelerates technician internalization for Elevate’s facilities services platform.
