The acquisition closed concurrently with PCX's purchase of Senior Aerospace Connecticut and is intended to accelerate PCX's growth and expand its manufacturing capabilities serving OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.

PCX Aerosystems Acquires Timken Aerospace Drive Systems

PCX Aerostructures (dba PCX Aerosystems), a Greenbriar Equity Group–owned aerospace manufacturer, has completed the acquisition of Manchester, Connecticut–based Timken Aerospace Drive Systems (ADS). ADS will be rebranded as PCX Aerosystems – Manchester LLC, expanding PCX's gearbox, transmission and MRO capabilities in mission-critical aerospace components.

Applied Aerospace Acquires NeXolve

Applied Aerospace, a Greenbriar Equity-backed aerospace manufacturer based in Stockton, California, has completed the acquisition of NeXolve, a Huntsville, Alabama developer and manufacturer of advanced polyimide films, resins and deployable space subsystems. The NeXolve brand will be retained as a product line and its team and facilities will form an Advanced Materials & Deployable Systems division to expand Applied Aerospace's capabilities in deployable sunshields, solar sails and passive deorbit systems for government and commercial space customers.
