CorroHealth Acquires Aergo Solutions

The deal expands CorroHealth’s targeted RCM capabilities—particularly denials management and appeals—and Aergo’s team and worklist technology will be integrated to scale services for regional healthcare organizations. Cain Brothers served as exclusive advisor to Aergo Solutions.

R1 RCM Acquires Acclara from Providence
