Marketlab Acquires Assets of Medi‑Tech International Corporation

Marketlab, a family-owned manufacturer of specialty healthcare products based in Caledonia, Michigan, has acquired the assets of Medi‑Tech International Corporation, a Brooklyn, New York‑based manufacturer of wound care, labor‑and‑delivery, and patient safety products. The acquisition expands Marketlab’s medical‑surgical and laboratory product portfolio and brings additional products, distribution partnerships, and GPO contracts into its offering to better serve IDNs and other healthcare customers.

Blackstone, Carlyle and Hellman & Friedman Lead Majority Investment in Medline

Medline Industries has agreed to receive a majority investment from a partnership of funds managed by Blackstone, Carlyle and Hellman & Friedman, with Singapore sovereign wealth fund GIC also investing. The Mills family will remain the largest single shareholder and management will stay in place; proceeds will be used to expand product offerings, accelerate international expansion and strengthen global supply chain infrastructure.

Medicure Inc. Acquires Marley Drug, Inc.

Medicure Inc., through its wholly-owned U.S. subsidiary Medicure Pharma Inc., agreed to acquire 100% of Marley Drug, Inc., a specialty mail-order pharmacy based in North Carolina, for an upfront USD $6.3 million plus contingent payments. Marley serves over 30,000 customers nationwide, generated approximately $7.0 million of revenue and more than $1.7 million of EBITDA for the 12 months ended October 31, 2020, and the acquisition expands Medicure's direct-to-patient distribution and specialty pharmacy capabilities in the United States.

BenefitMall Acquires Mutual Med

Home Care Delivered Acquires United Medical Providers

The acquisition expands HCD's urology capabilities and customer reach, adding UMP's regional relationships and approximately 2,500 urology customers across 17 states to HCD's national distribution and payer network.

Acme United Acquires My Medic (SLED Distribution, LLC)

Acme United Corporation has acquired the assets of SLED Distribution, LLC, which does business as My Medic, for $18.7 million. My Medic, a North Salt Lake, Utah-based direct-to-consumer supplier of tactical, trauma, and emergency response products with roughly $19 million in 2025 revenue and about 40 employees, will continue operating in Utah as Acme expands its product offerings and distribution in the U.S. and Canada.
