Stonewall Kitchen, the York, Maine-based specialty food and home goods producer, has acquired Urban Accents, a Chicago-based brand of spices, seasonings, sauces and gift products. The founders Tom Knibbs and Jim Dygas are stepping away from ownership roles while the Urban Accents team will join Stonewall Kitchen to expand its portfolio of premium specialty food brands.
