MPE Partners and its portfolio company Appearance Technology Group (ATG) have acquired P&S Detail Products, a Hayward, California–based designer and manufacturer of branded car care liquids for professional and DIY users. The add-on deal brings P&S's cleaners, polishes, waxes and coatings into the ATG portfolio to accelerate product breadth, geographic reach and shared capabilities; financing was provided by Apogem Capital.

Apogem Capital provided financing to support the transaction; MPE said the investment will accelerate 3D’s product, manufacturing and omni‑channel go‑to‑market expansion while partnering with founder Tunch Goren and the existing management team.

AFV Partners Acquires Aircraft Performance Group from Liberty Hall Capital Partners

AFV Partners LLC, a technology-focused holding company, has acquired Aircraft Performance Group, LLC (APG), a provider of flight operations software, from Liberty Hall Capital Partners. The deal closed on January 3, 2020; terms were not disclosed. APG is headquartered in Lone Tree, Colorado and provides mission-critical flight planning, runway analysis and weight & balance software to commercial, business and military aviation customers.
