Contentstack acquired Lytics, a real-time customer data platform, in a deal that closed in December 2024 to add first‑party data activation, audience insights and profile management to Contentstack's composable DXP. The combination aims to enable real‑time personalization at scale for brands and creates a combined business that the company says includes over 500 customers and more than 500 employees.
