CrowdStrike Acquires Bionic

CrowdStrike has agreed to acquire Bionic, an Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) pioneer, to extend its Falcon Cloud Security / CNAPP offering and deliver code-to-runtime cloud security in a unified platform. The purchase price is expected to be paid predominantly in cash with a portion in stock and options; the deal is expected to close in CrowdStrike's fiscal third quarter subject to customary conditions.
