Accel Entertainment, Inc. acquired Fairmount Holdings, owner of the FanDuel Sportsbook & Racetrack in Collinsville, Illinois, for approximately 3.45 million shares of Accel Class A-1 common stock. The deal adds a single-site racetrack, three OTB locations, a master sports betting license (in partnership with FanDuel) and a legislatively authorized casino development opportunity to expand Accel's locals gaming footprint.

Accel Entertainment Acquires Majority Stake in Toucan Gaming and LSM Gaming

Accel Entertainment completed the acquisition of an 85% ownership interest in Toucan Gaming, LLC and LSM Gaming, LLC (collectively "Toucan") for approximately $40 million. The deal expands Accel's footprint into Louisiana — adding 13 truck stop locations (450 terminals) and 60 three-machine locations (180 terminals) — and leaves Stan Guidroz with a 15% interest as CEO to lead the combined business.

Evolution AB Acquires Galaxy Gaming for Approximately $85M

Evolution AB (publ), via its subsidiary Evolution Malta Holding Limited, agreed to acquire Galaxy Gaming, Inc. for approximately $85 million in cash, valuing the company at about $124 million including net debt. The deal strengthens Evolution's US presence and content portfolio by adding Galaxy's proprietary table games and technology; Galaxy's management and employees will be retained and the transaction is expected to close in mid-2025 subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

Velocity Financial Acquires Majority Interest in Century Health & Housing Capital

(NYSE: VEL) has acquired a majority stake in Century Health & Housing Capital, a Ginnie Mae issuer/servicer that provides FHA-insured mortgage financing and servicing for multifamily, senior living and long-term care facilities. The acquisition expands Velocity's product suite into government-insured multifamily and healthcare lending, diversifies revenue with fee-based origination and servicing income, and is expected to be immediately accretive to earnings.

Accel Entertainment Acquires Tom's Amusement Company, Inc.

Accel Entertainment, Inc. has agreed to acquire Tom's Amusement Company, Inc., a Georgia-based coin-operated amusement machine (COAM) master licensee, expanding Accel's operations into the Southeastern United States. The deal adds 11 Georgia COAM Class B locations (65 terminals) to Accel's portfolio and is expected to close pending regulatory approvals from the Georgia Lottery Corporation.
