Accenture to Acquire BRIDGEi2i

Accenture has entered into an agreement to acquire BRIDGEi2i, an AI and analytics firm headquartered in Bangalore, India. The deal is intended to expand Accenture’s Applied Intelligence capabilities in data science, machine learning, and AI-powered insights, adding more than 800 professionals. Financial terms are not disclosed, and completion is subject to customary closing conditions.

Accenture Acquires Infinity Works

Accenture has acquired UK-based cloud and digital transformation consultancy Infinity Works to strengthen and expand the cloud delivery and engineering capabilities of Accenture Cloud First in the United Kingdom. Infinity Works, headquartered in Leeds with approximately 440 employees, brings cloud, data, design and full‑stack engineering expertise and partnerships with AWS and Snowflake. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Accenture to Acquire Digital Engineering and Operational Capabilities From Trancom ITS

Accenture announced it will acquire digital engineering and operational technology capabilities from Trancom ITS, a Japan-based logistics technology services provider. The deal is intended to bolster Accenture Industry X in Japan, enabling hyper-automation and AI-powered supply chain and warehouse solutions at scale. Approximately 190 Trancom ITS engineers will join Accenture Industry X, with Trancom ITS continuing to service Trancom while other client relationships transfer to Accenture.
