Acces Industrie, supported by Equistone, acquires Uping Acces

Acces Industrie, with backing from private equity firm Equistone, has acquired Uping Acces, a Sabadell-based Spanish rental specialist of aerial work platforms and forklifts. The bolt-on expands Acces Industrie's presence in Spain and adds a fleet of more than 400 machines and a 22-employee team across three Catalonia agencies.
